Primus Temporary Housing provides services to insurance carriers to more effectively handle housing claims and to increase policyholder satisfaction. When a policyholder suffers a tragic loss due to fire, flood, or natural disaster, Primus is called in to provide emergency housing for the policyholder, followed by temporary residential housing that could be 3, 6 or over 12 months in duration. Within policy limits, we find the closest match to the original home in size, location and quality then assist with lease negotiation, setup, and even furniture and dishes. This allows time for restoration of the original home to its previous condition.
